Dear friends of the European Yoga Festival,
I have exciting news:
The next EUROPEAN YOGA FESTIVAL (31. July to August 8, 2012) will take place at our own magical Land of “Chateau Anand”, Domaine de Puygirault, 86260 Saint-Pierre-de- Maillé, France.
This move was not a spontaneous decision. For 6 weeks Jan and Fleur, our building supervisors, have been calling all building and rental companies involved in this project, Atma Singh and Sat Dharm Singh, our financial wizards, spend evenings to exactly calculate the spreadsheets. Then we had a careful board meeting of the 3HO Europe board evaluating all our figures. Finally the Yoga Festival Committee studied the whole plan. Then we took the final decision.
However to move now is also very much a decision of the heart! We are very happy to be able to start the project of having our own 3HO land, about which we have been dreaming for so many years. And we will enter it exactly at the start of the New Age.
For this we have you to thank. Your trust has made it possible. In 2010 we were able to buy this marvelous property from the savings of the yoga festival and from selling some real estate in Amsterdam. But the creation of the necessary infrastructure for the Yoga Festival, which we are doing now, we can only do, because we were able to borrow a total of € 620.000 from many members of our 3HO community. Thank you again! And now, with your continued support, we will make the transition to the land of Yogi Bhajans teachings in the first year of the Age of Aquarius: 2012
There are 2 ways for you to continue to support of our moving
- Save money and support the festival at the same time: the 3 year voucher
We give out a limited edition voucher for three festivals. You pay € 1100 for three festivals. In this way we have more money available and you save on your festival price (which normally would be . The offer is limited to 300 vouchers and needs to bought before April 1, 2012. The voucher will be valid for 3 festivals and needs to be used in the next five years. For more information see the attached file. - There has been a steady flow of € 10.000 loans. Recent loans were from IKYTA Italia Council and from 3HO Germany and from community members as far as Iran. Please keep loaning us money…. at a 5% interest and to support the teachings in the New Age.
